煤炭快速装车站抑尘剂喷洒装置自动控制系统的设计

Design of dust suppression agent sprinkling system automation control for use at fast coal loading stations

介绍了快速装车站抑尘剂喷洒装置以液压站作为动作执行元件的动力源,实现大臂和喷头回转、起降、上下等功能。电气控制系统采用光电传感器、超声波传感器、位移传感器等收集列车运动时车厢的动作信号和抑尘剂自动喷洒装置执行元件动作信号,通过PLC的处理转化,利用全自动的人性化界面操作,实现抑尘剂的自动喷洒。

In this paper,a description is provided about the use of hydraulic station as the power source for the manoeuvring of coal fast loading stations＇ dust suppression agent sprinkling system.This is to realize the working arm and sprinkling head＇s slewing,up-and-down and relevant actions.The electrical control system uses photoelectric sensors,ultrasonic wave sensors,displacement sensors to collect the manoeuvring signals of the train carriages in movement as well as the manoeurving signals of the automatic dust suppression agent sprinkling apparatuses.All these signals are processed by the PLC.On manipulation on the all automatic human-friendly interface,automatic dust suppression agent sprinkling is realized.
