摘要
介绍了一种专为煤矿钢丝绳强力胶带断带保护研制的基于磁感应数字传感器和CAN总线通讯的网络分布式新型保护装置,分析了该装置基本结构与关键技术,简要说明了该装置实际应用效果。该装置由多个分布于煤矿井下不同带式输送机的磁感数字传感器箱组成,通过总线连接将数据传输至地面计算机,从而使得整个保护系统的检测和保护等性能更加完善和合理。
This paper introduces magnetic induction numerical transducer and CAN bus communication based novel protection device of network distribution type that is especially developed for conveyor belt breakage protection for heavy duty steel wire belt used in coal mines.The paper provides an analysis of the basic structure and the key technology used in the device and gives a brief introduction to the effect of the actual application of the device.Configured by multiple magnetic induction numerical transducer boxes distributed along various belt conveyors in underground coal mines,this device sends the data collected on site to the surface computer system via bus line.This adds to the good monitoring and protection property of this protection system and hence improves the rationality of the system.
