摘要
在分析兖矿集团下属各矿坑口电站粉煤灰的物理化学性质基础上,结合兖矿的防灭火实际情况,提出了用粉煤灰替代黄土作为矿井灌浆防灭火材料或废弃巷道充填物,实现坑口电厂粉煤灰的就地资源化利用。从粉煤灰代替黄土灌浆注胶和粉煤灰固化充填2个方面的煤层火灾防治技术进行了系统的研究。结果表明,通过粉煤灰的资源化利用,有效地解决了矿井防灭火、密闭加固、废巷充填等安全生产问题,以及黄泥灌浆造成的耕地、植被破坏等环境问题,促进了矿井的安全生产和环境保护工作。
On the basis of an analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of the coal ash discharged by all mine mouth power plants of Yankuang Group and also combined with the actual conditions of underground fire prevention and control in all Yankuang mines,it is proposed in this paper that the coal ash is to be used as material for making fire prevention and control grouting and raw material for backfilling in used drifts when they become of no use.This is an effective way to turn the coal ash discharged from mine mouth power plants into useful material on-site.Besides,a systematic study is carried out in this paper on coal ash replacing the role of mud slime in underground fire prevention and backfilling in underground gobs.Relevant results indicate that on-the-site utilization of coal ash aimed at turning the useless waste into a resource can effectively solve the problem of coal mine work safety such as mine fire prevention and control,underground cavity sealing and fortification and backfilling in useless drift and/or roadways,etc.It is also a very effective solution to the problem of environmental problems linked with mud slime related pollution such as the destruction of farmland and ground vegetation.In one word,this technology simply improves coal mine work safety and coal mine environment.
