Research on long-term mechanism of small coal mines work safety in China

分析了目前我国小煤矿安全生产形势与特点,归纳总结了小煤矿安全监管政策、机制和方法等方面存在的问题,并从政府监管和落实企业责任角度挖掘影响我国小煤矿生产安全事故多发的深层次因素,从政府、小煤矿企业和社会3个视角提出了建设我国小煤矿安全生产长效机制的对策建议。

On the starting point of the situation and characteristics of China＇s small coal mines work safety,the author summarized the issues and challenges on which China＇s small coal mines safety regulatory policies,mechanisms and methods are facing.And from the perspective of government regulation and implementing corporate responsibility,the author excavated the internal mechanism and deep-level factors on affecting China＇s small coal mine work safety accident-prone.And on the perspective of government,small coalmining enterprises and society,the author proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on building the long-term mechanism of China＇s small coal mine safety production.
