草原文化是草原民族的根和魂,民族预科生的思想政治教育必须立足于草原文化的基础之上。现行高校思政教育是以汉族强势文化影响的语言环境下进行的,失去民族文化基础的民族预科生很难适应极具同质性特点的汉文化课堂教学生活,造成了学习中的巨大差异和成绩落差。解决的基本路径是承接草原文化的文化基础,实现教育内容、方式方法和考核的现代转型。
