以工程能力培养为导向的工程教育改革研究

Study on Competence-oriented Engineering Education Reform

工程能力是工程师最重要、最基本的素质之一,也是高等院校工程教育的薄弱环节。高等工程教育必须着力培养学生的工程能力。阐述了现代工程能力的内涵,分析了CDIO工程教育理念以及当前工程能力培养存在的问题,在此基础上,从多方面探讨和提出了基于CDIO工程能力培养的有效途径。

While engineering competence is one of the essential qualities of the engineer,the development of students＇ engineering competence remains a weak point in university engineering education.It is maintained that engineering higher education should strive to upgrade the students＇ engineering competence.The connotation of modern engineering competence is firstly presented in this paper,then the CDIO engineering education initiative and the currently problem of engineering competence cultivation are analyzed,and on this basis,the valid approach based on engineering competence cultivation is advanced and discussed,which can be used for reference in the course of the exploration of the engineering education reform in our country.
