摘要
由于历史和文化的原因,英国高等教育发展同时具有国际化和区域性特征。研究英国高等教育发展的区域政策,可以深刻认识高等教育在缩小区域发展差距、促进知识社会发展中具有的核心地位和作用,对于促进中国高校的特色发展、服务地方和提升水平有着较强的借鉴意义。
Due to the historical and cultural reasons,the British higher education has significant international and regional characteristics.Studying regional policy of higher education development in the UK,we can profoundly understand the core role of higher education in developing knowledge society and narrowing the gap in regional development,which is helpful for Chinese Higher Education to promote its characteristic development,serve the local places and upgrade the level.
