摘要
当前高校教师绩效评价中存在着诸多问题,究其原因,主要在于评价模式不合理;评价指标不全面;评价主体单一化;评价结果反馈和应用不合理。对此,提出了改进对策,即采用发展性教师评价;健全绩效评价指标;运用360度绩效评价方法;科学合理地应用评价结果。
Based on the analysis of existing problems in teacher's performance evaluation of higher education,this article offers countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process,such as adopting developmental evaluation,perfecting performance evaluation index,applying all-round evaluation measures,using the evaluation results rationally.
