摘要
在新课程背景下的教师专业发展进程中,有很多现象表明教师专业发展和新课程之间还不匹配。其中,教师在新课程教学实践中缺乏自己的教学思想;教师因学科素养不足使其在新课程教学中缺乏内涵而流于形式;现有教师专业发展的支撑体系与新课程改革不配套等,不仅制约着教师的专业发展,同时也制约着新课程改革的推进和学生的发展。因此,有必要针对这些现象,对教师专业发展做出相应的思考。
Under the background of new curriculum,some phenomena show that teachers'professional development can't go with the new curriculum.For example,teachers are short of teaching thoughts in the practice of new curriculum;new curriculum teaching becomes a mere formality without connotation due to teachers'deficiency of scientific quality;the supporting system of teachers'professional development can't match the new curriculum reform.All those problems restrict the development of teachers'profession and the promotion of new curriculum reform.Some reflections about teachers'professional development are presented at last.
