连续循环发酵生产L-乳酸新技术研究

摘要 通过对L-乳酸发酵动力学的研究,考察了发酵培养基(氮源、碳源),发酵工艺条件(温度、pH值、氧化还原电位ORP值),确定了乳酸发酵菌株JD.L-08的生长速率,建立了生长动力学方程μ=0.24s/(0.88+s),确定了菌株JD.L-08在连续培养中的稳定状态及发酵过程中的物质平衡,通过微滤装置的选择与操作条件优化(膜孔径、膜过滤压力、膜面积、纳虑膜的选择),在移出产物L-乳酸的同时实现了菌株的循环使用,确定了L-乳酸连续循环发酵生产的工艺条件。降低了发酵培养基的营养要求,提高了发酵的转化率及发酵罐的体积产率。 Through the study of the L-lactic acid fermentation kinetics,this paper examined the fermentation medium(nitrogen,carbon source),fermentation conditions(temperature,pH,oxidation-reduction potential ORP value),determined the strain of lactic acid fermentation JD.L-08's growth rate,established growth kinetics equationμ=0.24s/(0.88+s),and identified the material balance of strain JD.L-08 in steady state of continuous culture and the fermentation process.L lactic acid were shifted out by the micro-Filter and the cycle use of strains were realized at the same time and determined the production process conditions of continuous cycle fermentation of L-lactic acid,which can reduce the nutritional requirements of the fermentation medium and improve the conversion rate of fermentation and the volume yields of the fermentation tanks.
