REACH法规被列入附件14的物质称为高度关注，未经授权不得在欧洲销售和使用。截止2010年3月8日，分三批公布了38种高度物质。文章将这些化学物质分成四大类，就其毒性、应用范围及影响作了详细解读，希望有关行业注意这些物质的应用。
The substances under Annex XIV in REACH are SVHC （ Substances of Very High Concern）, which are not allowed to market and apply in Europe if not authorized. The 38 items of SVHC are released in 3 groups by 8th, Mar, 2010. The passage puts the substances into 4 categories and interprets their toxicity, application and influence in detail with aims to raise the awareness to the concerned industries.
