摘要
应用于数控车削加工中心上的数控旋压成形工艺充分利用了数控加工中心的柔性对零件的最终形状、成形的轨迹、旋压的转速、滚轮的进给速度等参数进行任意调整,以获得最佳的工艺参数。可以旋压出各种不同形状的零件,具有加工效率高、劳动强度低、无须进行切削加工等特点。
This paper describes a NC forming spin technology which has been applied in CNC turning machine center.It can process various types of regulations for the traditional spin forming technology with parameters,to spin various forms of work pieces.This forming technology utilizes the flexibility of machine center fully,to regulate the parameters of work pieces such as:final form,forming orbit,the rotate speed of spinning and the feed speed of roller wantonly,so that it can obtain the best technological parameters.It can spin various shapes of work pieces with high efficiency and low working intensity,without machining.
