在一般组织知识管理能力研究的基础上,阐述了图书馆知识管理能力的内涵,详细分析了图书馆知识管理能力的构成要素——知识获取能力、知识生产能力、知识转化能力、知识扩散能力、知识应用能力、知识创新能力、知识保存及保护能力和知识资本的自测能力,并着重介绍了图书馆知识管理能力的影响因素——知识管理战略目标、组织文化和文化环境、人员的支持与参与、知识管理技术。

Based on the study about the knowledge management ability of general organizations, the connotation of knowledge management ability was discussed, and the component elements of library knowledge management ability, including knowledge access ability, knowledge production ability, knowledge transformation ability, knowl- edge application ability, knowledge innovation ability, knowledge preservation and protection ability, as well as knowledge capital self-assessment ability were analyzed, followed by a detail introduction of its influence factors, including strategic target of knowledge management, organizational culture and culture environment, staff support and participation, and knowledge management technologies.
