摘要
介绍在15%的硫酸加硫酸镍电解液中,采用脉冲换向对LF5铝材进行氧化着色工艺,所获得的氧化膜性能、成膜速度、着色效果均明显优于脉冲非换向氧化着色工艺。
The process for anodising and colouring LF5 aluminium material by changing direction of the pulse in the 15% electrodyte of Sulphuric acid and nickel sulphate is discussed. The properties of obtained oxide film,the speed of film forming,the colouring result are much better than those of the process of non changing direction of pulses.
