According to the characteristics of power grid electrical equipment knowledge and the requirements of knowledge study of power grid Corporation, a power grid electrical equipment knowledge base management system is designed based on database technology and lucene search engine technology. The system realizes the conversion form tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge in power grid Corporation, constructs a knowledge share and learning platform and promotes the secure, stable and economic operation of power network.
