摘要
该文从构建高校学报特色的内外条件、探求自身的资源优势和有利条件、主编(常务副主编)与编辑的学养、品德与识见、自身特色定位与总体策划的重要性和远景设想五个方面,思考探讨构建高校学报特色的问题。
This article ponders and discusses over the construction of university journal features from fiveaspects：first,the internal and external conditions of constructing journal features;second,the resources supe-riority;third,the quality,moral character and insight of chief editors;fourth,the importance of its own fea-ture localization and the overall planning;fifth,a long-range prospect.
