摘要
介绍一种与地方铝厂技术水平、生产规模、产品结构相适应的新型熔铝炉。该炉是将中、小型企业无法操作使用的巨型熔铝炉分解成两组双级、双向炉,采用冷炉盖,热炉底连体结构,与普通单炉相比可减少16个散热面;采用炉料预热罩强制烟气循环预热炉料可节能40%以上。垂直炉料安装的整体烧嘴结构,能在整个熔炼周期内保持恒定均匀的供热强度,对消除气流死角,保证熔池温度均匀,提高熔化速度,缩短熔炼时间,具有理想的效果。6t、16t田字炉分别与24t、60t巨型炉熔炼能力相当,技术指标高,操作灵活,对起重、装料设备无特殊要求。能将多品种、小批量合金组织在同一套熔炼设备中集中开炉,连续作业。是中小铝厂熔铸设备现代化改造的理想炉型。
A new smelting furnace which can fit in with the technology and scale of local aluminium plant is introduced. A large smelting furnace which is not suitable for the middle and small-size enterprises was divided into two group four chamber smelting furnace with hot bed and cold lid. Compairing with the common single ftirnace, it can reduce 16 heat radiation surfaces. Using the preheat bell to keep the exhaust gas circulating, it can save energy more than 40%. The unitary nozzle construCtion can keep the supply of heat constantly and dispel blind angle of airflow, keep temperature equality, increase the smelting spead, cut down smelting time as well. The four chamber furnace is handled easily and has good technologic data. It's the ideal furnace for middle and small-- size aluminium plant.
