介绍了电容器外壳用铝图片剪切区受力情况,冲裁过程。通过改变凹模刃口,减少其附近的变形与应力集中,延长塑性变形阶段,可增加冲裁件的光亮带。产品达到用户要求。
Force distribution of shearing field and punching process of aluminium disc for capacitor case are introduced. It pointS out that the reducing nearby deformation and stress concentration of the disc by changing the edge of the punch die, and extending the stage of plastic deformation to increase the sections of brightness of a punching work. The result shows the disc can fully meet the requirement of consumers.
