国内外卷烟主流烟气中氨的分析比较

Comparison of ammonia in mainstream smoke from domestic and foreign cigarettes

采用离子色谱法对国内外较有代表性的127种卷烟主流烟气中的氨进行了测定,方法的检测限为13.5μg/L,RSD为4.9%,空白加标回收率在89%～96%之间。结果表明:国内外卷烟主流烟气氨含量范围约为3.6～14.2μg/支;国内和国外混合型卷烟氨含量的平均值基本相当,国内烤烟型卷烟主流烟气氨含量平均值低于国内外混合型卷烟。

An ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of ammonia in mainstream smoke （MS）.The LOD of the method was 13.5 μg/L,with RSD of 4.9%,and recoveries of fortified blanks were between 89%～96%.Results showed that ammonia content in MS ranged from 3.6 μg/cig to 14.2 μg/cig; average levels of ammonia content in domestic and foreign blended cigarettes were the same; while average content of ammonia in domestic virginia type cigarettes was lower than that in domestic and foreign blended cigarettes.
