摘要
以等效电路为工具，重点分析了在开关动态过程中，ＥＸＢ８４１内部稳压管的功耗变化情况；对各影响因素进行了综合分析；所得结论对实际应用有一定的参考价值。
Based on equivalent curcuit,the change of
loss of power for the interior stabilivolt of EXB841 is analyzed mainly during the dynamic process
of switching;All influential factors are analyzed synthetically;The conclusions obtained have some
reference value for actual applications.
