摘要
采用TEM研究了离心铸造和挤压铸造的SICP/ZL109复合材料中SIC/AI的晶体学位向关系对12个SiC/AI位向关系的测量结果表明,虽然SiC与AI之间无固定的晶体学位向关系,但出现了如下优先位向关系:(1103)sic//(111)AI,[1120]sic//[110]AI.
SiC/Al interfaces in the SiCp/ZL109 composites fabri.Cated by centrifugal casting andsqueez casting were characterized by conventional TEM. Measurements of crystallographic orientationrelationship between SiC and Al were made at 12 SiC/AI interfaces, showing that no Ased and uniqueorielltation relationships was determined, though the following preferential one was observed: (1103)sic//(111)Al, [1120]sic // [110]Al. And, the relationship of (0001)sic // {111}Al was found not to be an energetically favoured one. The reasons why the relevant orientation relationship were formed or not formed were discussed.
