摘要
在热力学和传输现象的基础上研究了RH-钢包系统中的定向环流.结果表明,真空度稳定时,真空度变化时,两种环流模型可用同一公式说明当处理容量要求插入管内径的作用加大时,循环流量对气体流量、喷吹深度和真空度的依赖性相应减弱结合武钢1号RH装置确定了模型系数f=169.57,所得结果与工业测定数据一致分析了相关操作因素对RH环流的影响,提出了改善环流操作的方法.
The directional circulating flow (Q) in RH-ladle system was studied from the base ofthermodpoandcs and transfer phenomenon. The result shows when the degree of vacuum is constant, Q H1/2G1/3D4/4/3; when the degree of vacuum is varied, The two models of low can be explained by identical formula,Because the role of snorkel inner diameter increases considering the treating capacity, the dependence ofcirculation flow rate on gas flow rate, injection depth and degree of vacuum weakens correspondingly. Thecoefficient of model (f=169.57) was determined combining the No.1 RH equipment of Wuhan iron & SteelCo. The result is in agreement with the industrial measuring data. The effects of correlative operationalfactors on circulation flow rate in RH were analysed and the operational methods of improving circulatingflow were also suggested.
