摘要
通过对多种原料高温半固态或液态混合过程的凝固控制,可使熔融原料中的部分初生相以亚稳相保留下来,作为体系的增强体,实现非平衡自生正稳相的强化效果该方法可改善增强相的形态和分布。
By using the high temperattire compocasting of multiple component systems at semi-solidor liquid state, the primary phases in the semi-solid molten material can be left as metastable phase andused as reinforcement phase through controlling and distribution of the metastable phase. The aboveprocess was verified to be successful by the experimellts of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy and silicon phasereioforced Zn-based composites.
