摘要
采用涂料保护法能防止铝熔体净化用石墨转子的氧化，有效地延长其使用寿命。通过试验，成功地得出了涂料组成的最佳配方以及涂刷烘干的工艺措施，为这一方法在实际生产中的应用提供了试验依据。
The coating protection could prevent the graphite rotator for molten Alpurification from the oxidation and prolong its service life effectively.The optimum coating constituent and coatingdrying technology have been determined successfully.This research has provided the theoretical and experimental basis for the practical application.
