对采用小锭坯料生产结晶器挡块存在的质量问题进行探讨，提出合理的制造工艺，使挡块的性能达到连铸生产的要求。

This papar deals with the quality of crystallizer damp block by using small stock.The reasonable technology is proposed to meet the performance requirements for the damp block in contimuous production.
