高校知识女性是高校建设和发展中不可或缺的重要力量,全面提升高校知识女性素质意义重大。高校知识女性素质受到社会、学校、家庭和女性自身等多种因素影响。高校应当改善用人理念和成就评价标准,把知识女性素质建设纳入学校决策机制,建立健全女工工作机制,推动女性更新性别观念、强化主体意识,促进高校知识女性素质的全面提升。

Professional women are vital power in the construction and development of higher education institutions （HEIs）, and its overall quality enhancement is of great significance. The inner quality of professional women is influenced by the social, HEI, family, individual factors and so on. The HEIs should promote the employment perception and the achievement evaluation standards, and include the quality building of professional women into the decision mechanism. The enhancement is based upon a better working system for the females, and their renovated gender concept and subject consciousness.
