浙江省农村基础教育信息化建设的现状和发展

On the Status of Information-based Construction and its Development for Rural Elementary Education in Zhejiang Province

在当前国家把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展整体战略的背景下,本文从分析农村基础教育信息化的内涵、价值入手,结合浙江省农村基础教育信息化建设,提出了农村基础教育信息化发展的总体策略及硬件建设、资源建设、人才培养、研究应用和绩效评估等方面的具体策略,以推动当前农村基础教育信息化建设。

Under the background that our country has recently brought educational information into the general strategy of national information development,this paper,by analyzing the significance and value of the information-based construction for rural elementary education and combining the information-based construction of Zhejiang Province for the rural elementary education,proposes an overall strategy for the information-based development of the rural elementary education and some concrete measures for the hardware construction,data setup,personnel training,research application and efficiency valuation,so as to push the information construction for the present rural elementary education.
