加强学风建设是高校科学发展、人才培养与大学生思想政治教育的客观要求,科学分析、探究成因是学风建设的关键。高校必须从协调管理、强化思想政治教育、完善机制、探索创新载体、建立新型师生关系和多元导师队伍等途径来加强学风建设。

To strengthen the construction of learning atmosphere in universities is an objective demand to the scientific development of the universities,personnel cultivation and the students＇ ideological and political education.The key to construct the learning atmosphere is to carry out scientific analysis and probe into the causes.University must increase the learning atmosphere from the ways such as management of coordination,the strengthening of ideological and political education,the perfection of mechanism,the exploration of innovative carriers,the setup of new type of teacher-student relationship and the multielement of the tutoring staff.
