On the Problems and Measures Faced by the Party Construction Work of the Postgraduates in Universities

当前,高校研究生党建工作由于工作对象多样化,工作环境复杂化,工作机制滞后化而存在一些问题。针对这些问题,可采取如下对策:找准工作切入点,推动工作开展;创新工作方式,与时俱进开展工作;丰富工作载体,增强工作生命力;营造良好的环境,强化育人功能。

Recently,there have been some problems in the Party construction work among the postgraduate students in universities due to the diversity of the working subject,the complicity of the working environment,and the backwardness of the working system.To solve those problems,the following measures can be taken： finding out the breakthrough point to drive the work ahead;innovating the working ways to keep pace with the times;enriching working carriers to strengthen working life force;creating a nice environment to enforce the cultivation function.
