摘要 开展"产学研"合作教育,是深入推进我校"三位一体"人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量的需要。通过产学研合作教育,可以有效地拉动专业、学科、师资力量等方面的建设,增强学校办学实力,促进"三位一体"人才培养目标和规格定位的达成度;可以充分利用学校与企业、科研单位等多种不同的教育环境、教育资源以及在人才培养方面的各自优势,拓宽"三位一体"人才培养平台、培养途径和培养方式方法,把学生知识学习、能力培养和素质提升,延伸到课堂教学平台、实验实训平台和校园文化活动平台以外的无限时空间中去。要深入地推进"三位一体"人才培养模式的改革,就必须采用有效措施使"产学研"合作教育由"单向合作育人"进入"互动合作育人"的深层次阶段。 To carry out"production-education-research"cooperative education,is in-depth the"trinity"reform of talent cultivation mode to improve the quality of manpower training needs.Firstly,through cooperative education,effectively pulling the professional,discipline,faculty and other aspects of building,increasing the strength of university education,and promoting the objectives of the"trinity"talent cultivation in our university;Secondly,through cooperative education,can take advantage of universities,enterprises,and research institutes and many different educational environment,educational resources and training of personnel in their respective advantages,expand the"trinity"cultivation platform,cultivation methods and develop ways and means,the students learn the knowledge,capacity-building and quality improvement extends to the classroom teaching platform,experimental and training platform and the platform outside the campus cultural events and going infinite space.To further promote the"Trinity"training model of reform,we must adopt effective measures so that the"production-education-research"cooperative education from a"one-way cooperation in education"into"educating people interaction and cooperation,"the deep stage.
