系统视角下高校应用型人才培养保障机制研究——以怀化学院“三位一体”人才培养模式为例

Research on Safeguard Mechanisms of the Cultivation of Practical Talents at College with the Systematic Viewer——With"Three-in-One"Approach in Huaihua Universty as an Example

根据高等教育改革的发展趋势和现实存在的人才培养问题,怀化学院提出了"以专业能力素质培养为核心,创建‘三位一体’育人模式"的人才培养模式改革新思路。为了解决新的人才培养模式落实中存在的部门协调、价值观认同等现实难题,基于高校人才培养系统内部运行的内在机理,构建有效的保障机制,以确保各部门实现良性互动,多元整合,并取得良好的人才培养成效和社会预期。

According to the trend of higher educational reform and the practical question in the cultivation of talents,Huaihua University puts forward a new idea that create the＂Three-in-One＂Approach with the cultivation of specific competency as the core.To address the Practical difficulties in Departmental coordinations,identificaton of the values and so forth.The author tried to establish the Safeguard Mechanisms from the Theory of System,to achieve good interaction and unity in diversity,to acquire good effectiveness of the Cultivation of Practical Talents and social benefit.
