摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定β-榄香烯聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒(β-ELE-PBCA-NP)中主药含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(90:10),检测波长为210nm。结果β-榄香烯浓度在22.4~179.2μg/ml(r=0.9996)的范围内呈现良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.9%,RSD分别为1.7%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于β-ELE-PBCA-NP的质量控制。
Objective To develop a RP - HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of β - elemene in β - elemene - Polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles. Methods The analysis was performed on DiamonsilTM C18 ( 150mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm ), The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (90:10) ,The wavelength of the detector was 210nm. Results 13 -elemene presented a good linear correlation in range of 0. 224 - 1. 792μg ( r = 0. 9996 ). The average recovery was 96. 9% ( RSD = 1.7% ). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of β - ELE - PBCA - NP
