成人病毒性心肌炎频发室性早搏的治疗体会

Clinical Experience of Adult Viral Myocarditis with Frequent Ventricular Extrasystole

目的观察单用或联合应用常规口服抗心律失常药物治疗病毒性心肌炎引起的频发室性早搏的疗效,寻找较佳的治疗方法。方法将45例入选患者随机分为慢心律组、心律平组及心律平联合倍他乐克组进行治疗,分别观察效果。结果慢心律组总有效率为66.7%,心律平组总有效率为82.4%,心律平联合倍他乐克组总有效率为92.3%,可见联合用药组优于心律平组,心律平组优于慢心律组,3组均未发现明显不良反应。结论联合应用抗心律失常药如心律平与倍他乐克可取得较好的疗效,临床安全、有效。

Objective To observe alone or in combination with conventional oral anti -arrhythmic drug for treatment of viral myocarditis caused frequent premature ventricular beats, looking for better treatment. Methods Totally 45 patients were randomly divided into the slow rhythm group of patients, propafenone group and metoprolol group combined, treatment effects were observed. Results The total effective rate of slow heart rate group was 66. 7 % , propafenone group total effective rate of 82.4%, metoprolol propafenone combined total effective rate was 92.3% , showing that the combination group better than propafenone group and propafenone group better than the slow rhythm group,3 groups were not found significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The combination of anti - arrhythmic drugs such as propafenone and metoprolol can achieve better efficacy, clinical safety, and effective.
