六味地黄丸的血清药物化学研究

目的对六味地黄丸的血清药物化学进行研究。方法建立六味地黄丸的大鼠血清的HPLC指纹色谱分析方法;分析六味地黄丸给药后及未给药所得血清样品与其体外六味地黄丸和单味生药的成分比较,鉴定灌胃六味地黄丸后大鼠血中移行成分、来源生药及其代谢产物。结果从灌胃六味地黄丸的大鼠血中发现了10个入血成分,其中2个为新产生的代谢产物;8个成分为六味地黄丸所含成分的原型。结论中药血清药物化学的诞生,有力推动了中医药现代化的前进步伐,我们应积极吸取各学科的研究成果,不断完善自身的理论体系。
