摘要 目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法应用AO锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折40例,其中男18例,女22例,年龄29~81岁,平均55岁。根据Neer分型,二部分骨折12例,三部分骨折12例,四部分骨折16例。结果 40例骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3~6(3.5±1)个月。术后随访6~18(10±3)个月,无骨折不愈合、钢板松动、感染等并发症。按Neer评分标准评分:优20例,良17例,可3例,优良率92.5%。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折固定可靠,并发症少,疗效满意,特别是对于老年骨质疏松的患者尤为适用。 Objective To investigate the locking proximal humerus plate (LPHP) proximal humeral fracture fixation methods and clinical efficacy. Methods AO locking plate for treatment of 40 cases of proximal humeral fractures, including 18 males and 22 females, aged 29 to 81 years, an average of 55 years. According to Neer classification, the second part of the 12 cases, three - part fracture in 12 cases, four - part fractures in 16 patients. Results 40 fractures healed time of 3 - 6 (3.5 ± 1 ) months, followed up for 6 - 18 ( 10 ± 3 ) months, no fracture healing, plate loosening, infection. By Neer score criteria: excellent in 20 cases, good in 17 cases, 3 were excellent and good rate was 92.5%. Conclusion Treatment of proximal humerus locking plate fixation of proximal humeral fractures, little complication, results were satisfactory, especially for elderly patients with osteoporosis it is particularly applicable.
