HPLC测定芪精降糖胶囊中葛根素的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Qijingjiangtang Capsules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定芪精降糖胶囊中葛根素含量的方法。方法采用Symmetry C185.0μm4.6×150（mm）色谱柱,甲醇-水（25：75）为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长250nm。结果葛根素在0.1152～0.3456μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.10%（n=5）。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于芪精降糖胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in qijingjiangtang capsules.Method The chromatographic Symmetry C18 5.0μm 4.6×150（mm） column,using methanol-water （25：75） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,and the detecting waveleng was 250nm.Results The puerarin have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.1152～0.3456μg（r=0.9995）,the average recovery was 99.06% and RSD=1.10%（n=5）.Conolusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of qijingjiangtang capsules
