乙型肝炎病毒的基因变异及其检测

摘要 目的分析基因芯片技术检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)4位点变异的临床意义。方法对83例乙型肝炎患者和28例正常患者采用基因芯片技术,检测HBV4位点的变异情况。结果 83例患者HBV均发生变异,其中BCP区1762变异率最高,为54.22%。变异的发生依次是肝硬化、慢乙肝重度、中度、轻度。血清HBV-DNA定量在104~106copy/ml之间变异率最高。结论基因芯片技术对观察HBV基因突变有很高的临床应用价值。
