本文以某油田为对象,通过分析人力资源管理系统的发展和现状,设计了基于J2EE开发的人力资源管理系统。系统采用了多种主流开发技术,包括J2EE开发平台、MVC设计模式、Struts应用框架和EJB组件技术等。

This paper takes an oil deposits as the object, according to analyze the development level and current situation of the HRMS, thewriter designs the HRMS based on J2EE.Furthermore, this system implement by a lot of mainstream technologies,such as J2EE platform, MVC design pattern, Struts framework,EJB technology, etc.
