摘要
本文论述了火力发电厂GPS时间同步系统的主要设计原则、系统功能、系统构成和设计方案。在对GPS时间同步系统进行优化设计时,强调对火力发电厂GPS时间同步系统的统一管理。全厂设一套GPS时间同步系统,由互为热备用两台主时钟和两台从时钟组成。GPS时间同步系统采用模块化设计,可根据不同对时要求灵活配置。全厂的统一时钟管理有利于对分析事故、查找事故原因、明晰事故发生过程、正确及时地处理事故,便于根据生产数据计算阶段电价成本,有效提高全厂的运行、生产和维护的管理水平。
The key designing principles system function and constitution of GPS time synchronism system in fossil fuel power plant are discussed in this paper. When optimize and design GPS time synchronism system, emphasize union management of GPS time synchronism system. There is one suit of GPS time synchronism system in fossil fuel power plant, constituting two master clocks and two slave clocks. Modularized design of GPS time synchronism system has a more flexible configure according to different time synchronism requirement. Union management for time synchronism in fossil fuel power plant is of great benefit to accident analyzing and investigating, is of great benefit to improving management level of fossil fuel power plant.
