Project Bid Evaluation on the Basis of Extention AHP Method

为了科学地选择建设工程的施工单位,对层次分析法进行改进,对方案优选常用的传统层次分析法(AHP)中引入可拓学的基本理论,将判断矩阵权重向量的求解与一致性检验有机结合,有效避免了传统层次分析法中的大量试算工作,同时,考虑了人们判断的模糊性和多位决策者的实践经验。结果表明可拓层次分析法结论符合工程实际,且概念清晰,易于掌握,是一种可信的决策问题的评价方法。

In order to choose construction company of the project scientifically.The AHP method is usually used in the schemes choosing of construction company.Some extension set theory is introduced in AHP method to avoid a great deal of trail calculation.In extend AHP method,the weight elements solution of judgment matrix is combined with consistency check organically,the fuzziness of people＇s judgment and engineering experience of many experts are taken into account.The results show that this method has a good accordance with the reality,it is clear in conception ,easy to put into practic and a credible evaluation method in decsion-making problems.
