本文结合所在企业在ERP的实施过程中碰到一些问题和经验,阐述如何借助ERP的管理理念,在企事业管理体制并存的模式下实现对整个投资主体的系统管理,随时随地了解各项目的财务数据,全面掌控各投资项目的经营状况,为领导决策提供可靠依据。摸索一条合理症和内部资源,有效提高投资主体运营状况,提高资金使用效率,实现利益最大化,以及对项目核算进行集团化管理。
