摘要
选用特别电极、不同的取向层液晶盒,探讨TNLCD电极图形、PI层对字朦的影响,研究了受污染液晶盒在驱动后字朦及各电极静态电流密度分布变化特性,解释了字朦的根本原因——离子吸附。
The influence of the electrode patterns and PI layers on the image stickins of TN LCD by the cell with special electrodes and different aligning layers are discussed The image sticking of contaminated LCD cell and the distributed change of static current density in every electrode after working are studied, and the ion absorbing as essential reason of the image sticking is regarded
