中药治疗手足口病100例临床疗效分析

Hand-foot-mouth disease in traditional Chinese medicine clinical analysis of 100 cases

目的观察复方中药治疗手足口病患者的临床疗效。方法运用复方中药颗粒剂治疗手足口病并与西药利巴韦林加复方中药颗粒剂及西药利巴韦林组对照。结果三组治疗在患者体温起效时间、解热起效时间及住院时间等方面,治疗组与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05),在缓解症状方面略优于西药对照组。结论复方中药颗粒剂治疗手足口病疗效与安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of one Chinese medicine compound granules on foot and mouth disease.Methods One hundred patients with foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into three groups：Chinese medicine compound granules-treated group,ribavirin-treated group （control group） and combined treatment group.Results No obviously difference was observed between treatment groups and control group in terms of pyretolysis effect,the recovery time of body temperature and the length of stay （P0.05）; while on relieving symptoms,the Chinese medicine compound granules is moderately efficient than ribavirin （P0.05）.Conclusions The efficacy and safety of this Chinese medicine compound granules is definite in treatment of foot and mouth disease.
