手足口病的病因病机与风引汤证候表现探讨

Discussion of cause and pathogenesis of HFMD and the pattern of 'Feng-yin decoction'

笔者通过临床认为手足口病为感染手足口病特有的温热夹湿时邪而发病,起病即为重症的手足口病病邪为热毒挟湿,病位在肺脾,涉及肝。临床少见病情缠绵不愈及热入营血的传变,手足口病所见疱疹病机为湿热郁蒸而非热入营血。如见风动,可适当选用风引汤加减治疗。

Through clinical study,investigator suggested that specific warm heat with dampness epidemic pathogen infection is the cause of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）,severe cases of initial stage of HFMD is caused by heat toxin with dampness pathogen,location of disease is in lung and spleen,related to liver.In clinical,seldom cases become lingering and pattern of heat entering nutrient-blood aspects,the herpes in HFMD is caused by pattern of dampness-heat depression but not pattern of heat entering nutrient-blood aspects.If stirring wind happened,treatment can be choose ＇Feng-yin decoction＇ modified formula which is from the ＇Golden Chamber,the Chapter of wind stroke and joint-running disease＇.
