慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的中医辨证治疗进展

Progression in TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the acute exacerbation stage

随着慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的病死率逐年上升,诸多医家开始重视AECOPD的中医辨证治疗。通过广泛查阅近十年的相关文献,从AECOPD的中医证候学和中医药治疗两方面进行综述,一方面总结了众多医家关于本病证候特点、证素分布组合规律等的观点;另一方面归纳了近年来中医药治疗本病的临床成果,包括提出的治则治法以及在化裁古方、创制新方等方面的成就,从而充分肯定了中医药辨治AECOPD的确切疗效及临床价值。同时,客观分析目前中医药辨证论治中存在的问题,初步提出今后的研究方向,以期充分发挥中医药防治疾病的优势,创造更多的社会价值。

With the case fatality rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the acute exacerbation stage （AECOPD） is rising year by year,many physicians start to concern TCM differentiation and treatment about it.Through collecting and studying the related literatures in recent 10 years,this article overviews the study of TCM syndromes and treatment of AECOPD.It summarizes many chinese physicians＇ views on the character,distribution regularity ,combination of TCM syndromes and recent achievements of clinical treatment which fully affirmed the exactly curative effect and the clinical value of TCM differentiation about AECOPD.At the same time,the author objectively analyzes the current situation of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of AECOPD,then brings up the research directions in future.Expecting to exert the advantages of TCM in preventing and curing diseases,and create more social value.
