内蒙古农村公路建设后评价研究

Post-evaluation on the construction of rural highway in Inner Mongolia

采用分级指标评价法,即从社会发展、区域经济发展、路域环境和公路运输网影响四个一级指标分析内蒙古农村公路建设对社会经济的影响程度,建立后评价指标体系,通过后评价促使内蒙古农村公路建设项目更好地发挥其效益。

This article analyzes the effect of the construction of rural highway in Inner Mongolia on the society and economy with grading index evaluation method,i.e.,4 first-level indices were used for examination from social development,regional economic development,surroundings around highway project and highway transportation.The rural road projects in Inner Mongolia are prompted to better play its effectiveness by establishment of post-evaluation system.
