摘要
添加有机抗剥落剂能够有效改善沥青混合料的水稳性能,但加入抗剥落剂后对沥青性能的影响还需要进行全面研究。通过对埃索90#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青掺加不同剂量的PA-1型抗剥落剂,分别进行DSR试验和BBR试验,分析了不同剂量抗剥落剂对沥青高温、低温、疲劳试验结果的影响。结果表明,随着抗剥落剂的增加,沥青的高温、低温性能略有下降,而疲劳开裂性能增强。综合考虑各项性能,认为PA-1型抗剥落剂的合适剂量为0.3%。
The water stability of asphalt mixture can be improved effectively by adding organic anti-stripping agent,but a comprehensive study on the effect of anti-stripping agent on the properties of asphalt is to be needed.The Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) and Bending Beam Rheometer(BBR) tests with the different doses of anti-stripping agent were conducted,respectively,by using two kinds of asphalt,i.e.,Esso 90# matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,to examine the effect of the agent on the results of asphalt performance at high,low temperature and fatigue.The results show that the performance of asphalt at both high temperature and low temperature down slightly with the increase of the agent,while the fatigue cracking performance increases.After considering comprehensively all performance of these results,the appropriate dose of 0.3% for the PA-1 type of anti-stripping agent is recommended.
