摘要
本文应用脉冲响应法研究了主动脉瓣对心脏—血管系统动态耦合的影响,得到了与生理相符的结果。左心室采用E(t)—R模型,体动脉树采用T—Y模型,在两者交界处,则利用伯努利方程,以导入主动脉瓣膜的影响。在此基础上,本文还讨论了主动脉瓣各参数对心功能的影响,对临床应用有一定价值。
The impulse response method is employed to analyse the effect of aortic valve on the cardiovascular coupling in this paper. The results are in good agreement with the physiological measurements. The E(t) R model is adopted for the ventricle and the T Y distributed parameter model for the ventricular afterload. And in the juncture of the two parts, the Bernouli's equation is employed to bring abut the effect of the aortic valve. Based on the the methods above, the influences of aortic valve parameters are also analysed. The study has significance in the clinic reaearch.
