摘要
文章采用大孔树脂、活性炭、煤渣三种吸附剂处理各类毛用黄色染料的模拟染色废水,分别研究了不同的吸附剂对不同染料的吸附平衡时间;并分析了粒径的大小对染料的吸附饱和值的影响。结果表明:采用活性炭吸附不同种类的染料,其吸附平衡时间差异较大。染料分子量或分子尺寸越小,达平衡所用时间越长。而采用大孔树脂和煤渣吸附不同种类的染料,其达吸附平衡的时间差异较小;同时吸附剂的粒径越小,其对染料的吸附饱和值越大。
Simulation dyeing wastewater of yellow wool dyestuff was made and used in the study of static adsorption,with macroporous resin,activated carbon and cinders as sorptions.The influence of adsorption equilibrium time of different dyestuff adsorbed by one sorpion was studied respectively.Meanwhile the effect of partical size on the adsorption saturated values was analysed.It is showed that,there are some obvious differences on adsorption equilibrium time different dyestuffs adsorbed by activated carbon.The smaller the molecular weight and the molecular size of dyestuff are,the longer adsorption equilibrium time is.While there are some slight differences on the equilibrium time between different dye adsorpted by macroporous resin,as well as cinders.At the same time,with the decressing of the particle size of adsorption,the adsorption saturated value is increasing gradually.
