摘要
为解决基于PCI卡的数据采集方案安装不方便、传输速度慢、受限于计算机插槽数量和中断资源,可扩展性差等问题,提出了基于USB-6281的高速数据采集系统的设计方案。系统以USB-6281高速数据采集卡为硬件平台,借助NI-DAQmx驱动软件,采用VC++高级语言编程对USB-6281进行硬件驱动和控制,实现了数据高速采集、传输和存储。实验结果表明,该系统在高采样率下也能保持高精度,模拟输出最大速率达2.8 MS/s(2路),系统测量精度(满量程)约0.01%。系统的扩展性好,应用面广,可实现对工业生产中诸如温度、压力等各种物理量的测量和显示。
A design of high speed data acquisition system based on USB-6281 was proposed to solve some problems in the system based on PCI, such as inconvenient data acquisition, slow speed transmission, limited by the number of slots in the computer and interrupt resources and poor scalability. The USB-6281 was used as the hardware platform of the system. And the system used NI-DAQmx drive software which was programmed by Microsoft Visual C++ to drive and control the hardware of USB-6281, which achieved high speed data acquisition, transmission and storage. Experimental results show that high- precision can be maintained in the system at high sampling rates, the maximal analog output rate can reach 2.SMS/s (2 routs) and the system accuracy (full scale) is about 0.01%. This system can be widely used in many applications such as measuring and displaying temperature and pressure. It has good commonality as well as extensibility.
